This weird phenomena was pictured over various parts of Moscow, including Kryukovskaya Pier, the 20th district, and Savelkinsky fare.

Looks like a double helix strand or maybe just planes doing a aerial act?

Strange UFO-Shaped Spiral Cloud Above Ankara, Turkey - Dec 14, 2012

A strange UFO-shaped spiral cloud was recorded above Ankara, Turkey on December 14, 2012.

According the witness, there were no clouds in the sky, just only this strange phenomenon.

To make sure that it was not reflection of lights, the witness turned off all the indoor lights. The cloudy thing was visible from all windows. The size of the object is not known, but it was nearly 2 miles away from the place of recording of this UFO cloud.

A photographer captured five simultaneous waterspouts over Lake Michigan Saturday, August 19, 2012.

A waterspout is an intense columnar vortex (usually appearing as a funnel-shaped cloud) that occurs over a body of water, connected to a cumuliform cloud. In the common form, it is a non-supercell tornado over water.

Waterspouts do not suck up water; the water seen in the main funnel cloud is actually water droplets formed by condensation.

Weird Things In the Clouds, UFO? - Aug 2, 2012

An odd phenomenon were filmed in the sky over UK. Is it a cloaked UFO or is it a natural phenomenon?

A possible explanation lies in this: Ice crystals, especially long needles, tend to become aligned with the ambient electric field.

So what you are seeing is sunlight reflecting off ice crystal faces that are constantly being oriented by the developing electric field just above the (cumulonimbus) top. Then there is a discharge in the cloud, and the field collapses momentarily, and the crystals begin to realign again. Then this just keeps happening over and over.

Or it is this phenomenon due to (cloaked) UFO activities, you decide...

Amazing "Fire Rainbow" Cloud Appears Over South Florida - July 31, 2012

"So-called "fire rainbows" are neither on fire nor are they rainbows, but they sure are stunning.

They are technically known as iridescent clouds, a relatively rare phenomenon caused by clouds of water droplets of nearly uniform size, according to a release by NASA. These clouds diffract, or bend, light in a similar manner, which separates out light into different wavelengths, or colors.

That makes them similar to rainbow-colored glories, which are also formed by diffraction, and also produce an oscillating pattern of colors ranging from blue to green to red to purple and back to blue again."

arcus cloud is a low, horizontal cloud formation. Roll clouds and shelf clouds are the two types of arcus clouds. A shelf cloud is usually associated with the leading edge of thunderstorm outflow; roll clouds are usually formed by outflows of cold air from sea breezes or cold fronts in the absence of thunderstorms.

Amazing UFO-Shaped 'Hat' Cloud Appears at Mt. Fuji - June 20, 2012 (Video)

A rare anvil or hat-shaped cloud appeared near Mount Fuji after a strong typhoon swept through Japan. The cloud, called "tsurushi-gumo", or hanging cloud, was seen on Wednesday morning.

The phenomenon, lenticular cloud, occurs when winds around Mount Fuji become strong, or after tropical storms. But experts say such clouds rarely appear at this time of the year. The cloud disappeared after about 30 minutes when the sky became overcast."

Witness reports: This rare roll cloud flowed across East Texas to the amazement of many East Texans. I filmed it via iPhone as it moved quickly. It passed over my head within 2 minutes.
