NEWPORT, Oregon (CNN/KATU) - A mysterious dock has washed up along a beach in Oregon.
Some speculate it may be from Japan, as the result of last year's tsunami.
The dock has a placard with Japanese writing that they are attempting to translate. KATU out of Oregon traced a phone number on the placard to a business located in Tokyo.
